Some very exciting news for home Buyers and Sellers!!  Interest rates continue to be at historic record low levels – at rates that have not been seen for over 40 years. Today, a 30-year FIXED loan is available for 3.75%… a 15-year Fixed is even lower. This means that a borrower may be able to qualify for a higher priced home  – or make that dream home affordable. If Buyers have been waiting to buy a home, now may be the time to take action.

This is good news for Sellers too – it could make the difference in selling your home.  For the qualified Buyer, the monthly mortgage payment is usually more affordable than renting.   With the current competitive housing market, there are many wonderful choices on the market.
